Privacy & Security	About Good for Enterprise Good for Enterprise delivers an integrated, intuitive user experience that allows employees to access corporate email, contacts, and calendar. Exceptional User Experience Good for Enterprise lets employees take care of business when and where they want. Quickly compose emails, review documents, manage your contacts, schedule meetings, access the Intranet and much more. An optimal user interface ensures that little training will be necessary. How Good is different from ActiveSync Good leverages the best features from independent manufacturers while maintaining end-to-end security of ERCOT corporate data. You will notice after the Good App is installed on your personal device many of the functions that are native on the phone or tablet will be contained within the Good Application. You will have to open the Good App to view your ERCOT email, contacts and calendar. Your contacts can be pushed from the Good App to the phone's contacts, and callers in your contact list will still be displayed on the screen. Good synchronizes with your Exchange mailbox. That means whatever you do in Outlook happens on the device and vice versa. For example, if you delete an email within the Good App, that email will be deleted on the server as well as Outlook. Good will always mirror your Outlook Inbox so you are never in a situation where the email you really need is on the device you do not have with you.

Good Mobile Device Management (MDM) Policy and Profile During the installation process of Good for Enterprise you will be asked several questions that may give pause for concern. We would like to clarify what each question means to you and to ERCOT. UDID - When installing the Good application you will be prompted to allow Good to access the device's UDID. The UDID enables Good to identify your device from all other ERCOT devices. The UDID allows Good to route ERCOT email to your personal device. It will also allow support to erase ERCOT data (not personal data) from the device should your device be lost or stolen. Please know, you must select Allow when prompted in order to receive ERCOT email on your personal device. Profile Required - The Profile is the means by which Good will have the authority to gather certain device information that will aid our ability to support you, should you have a problem. Please select Install Now to install the Profile. Below, we go into more detail as to what data the Profile collects and how this information is used. Install Profile - The "ERCOT MDM Profile" simply confirms the Good installation, please tap Install. Install Profile - Upon tapping Install a sub window will appear which confirms the Profile installation. Warning - The Root Certificate warning page is to let you know a profile is being installed on your device. Note the Mobile Device Management statement: "Installing this profile will allow the administrator at https://www.good.com/cerebus/mdm to remotely manage your device. The administrator may collect personal data, add/remove accounts and restrictions, and list, install and manage apps on your device". We would like to make clear what information is and is not being captured and what information is and is not visible to the Good administrators. Good only captures information that would aid support in helping you with device issues. For example, The Root Certificate provides the following about your device: The version of the operating system The version of the Good client Connection strength to the carrier Type (model) of your device Current battery strength Electronic serial number Device phone number Jailbreak/Root detection Loaded Apps and how much space each is using The Root Certificate does NOT allow us to: See or capture anything you are doing on the device See where you are browsing on the Internet and when See your personal email that you may send or receive from the native client (e.g. Gmail or Yahoo) to and from personal email accounts See who you call or text See the information within the Good client on your device We can only tell when you last sent and received changes to your mailbox (not the actual content) Your privacy is secure with the Good email solution.
